Threads of Desire (Kathryn)
Fave colours: All my furniture is green, all my clothes are blue, but we moved to the desert (Las Vegas), so now I am learning to love orange and brown.
Fave designers: Bent Creek, Karen Avery, Mosey & Me, foreign designers from France and Britain. When I get ambitious I'll start some of the Wentzler and Mirabilia patterns I have bought.
Fave styles of designs/stitching styles: I'm not fond of country or primitive styles, but since they make up the majority of patterns, I will stitch them if they have the right colors. Hard to find designs with spaceships and aliens.
Fave thread types/brands: DMC, Weeks Dye Works. And since I do 18 count needlepoint, too, Rainbow Gallery and Kreinik
Fave fabrics: 28 or 32 count evenweaves, especially Silkweaver Reflections and Solos
