Fave colours: Shades of blue, especially those that are softer or muted
Fave designers: The Victoria Sampler, The Drawn Thread, The Sweetheart Tree, Just Nan, Shepherd's Bush
Fave styles of designs/stitching styles: Samplers, alphabets, specialty stitches, hardanger, I think traditional would most aptly sum it up :)
Fave thread types/brands: Love them all, silks are especially adored
Fave fabrics: 28-32ct linen/evenweaves in natural colours, although I do enjoy using some of the subtly coloured hand-dyed linens
Any dislikes: I'm not fond of fantasy designs, or anything too cutsie or cartoonish or too primitive. I don't stitch on aida anymore and bright orange and red are good only in small doses.
Pets/children: 1 orange cat, 7 children ages 9-24, 1 son-in-law, 2 grandsons
